Getting mail from .Net

Hi all I want to read a mailbox from an aspx page or an asmx.
Is it possible?

Using what protocol? POP? IMAP? ....

You will need a 3rd party component to do this. If performance and
reliability are important I would recommend
http://www.quiksoft.com/emdotnet/. If not you can probably search Google
for "free pop3 assembly" and find a free component.

Yes, it's possible. Best to use a component, like aspNetPOP3
[http://www.aspnetpop3.com/]. You could, of course, interact with the
POP3 server directly using socket communication, but you'd likely save
much time going with a packaged component.
