Google Maps Emulation

Would anyone know how to move an image, similar to the way they do it with
Google Maps? I already know how to move objects, but I don't want it to
move all over the page. It should only move within a specific "box" of
visibility - like they do with Google Maps.

Put the object you are dragging within an HTML div with the width/height
set in CSS, and "overflow: hidden".
