How can I configure Tomcat server with 2 different login auth methods

Not sure if I post in the right gourp.

I have 2 subdirectories in Apache Tomcat server (v5.5). I want one use basic
and the other use digest authentication when users longin to these 2
different directories. How can configure the server? I've already known how
to configure one login auth method.

You login to a web app - not to a directory.

So split it in two web apps.
