How can I run an application written in Visual C++ 6.0 on the web?

I heard from someone that I can recompile the code in Visual Studio.net with
the /CLR option, but I do not know what to do next? How do I put it into the
HTML file so that my web visitors can run it? Do I use <applet> ....
</applet> like in java?
any helps would be appreciated.
