How can I simply view old MS BASIC V7 files on my Win10 PC?

I know this may be off topic, but I can't find a solution anywhere. I have tons of old MS BASIC code from back in my programming days in the 80's and I can no longer view them. The format saved is proprietary to the app. Is there any app out there that will let me view MS BASIC code files??
