HTML Frames

Hi,

Does anyone have the HTML frames code to ensure that a frame is set in
middle of the page, no matter what resolution the screen is set at. I
am stuck and is desperate help, please!

When constructing the framesets, decide what you want the two
outer frames to be and stick in a * that tells the middle frame
to take up the remaining space. Choose your units. If you want
the left and right to be 20% each put

<frameset cols="20%,*,20%">

If I remember?

Frames of any type are not really an ideal way of presenting
information on the web, http://freewebdesign.cjb.cc/design-tips1.html
Their are much better ways for publishing websites which work a lot
better in more browsers.
