Invoking local Outlook object

hi all,
i have users working on my VB.net application over Terminal Services. The
application when run straight on the dekstop(without terminal services) has
the ability to invoke "new email" window in cotext with MS OUTLOOK which is
running on there local machine and attach a copy of the report that they
want to send as email. Now i want to invoke this same behavior from my
application , since Terminal services can never really do this, i was
thinking of writing my code in ASP.NET and so the question is can i invoke
the local outlook's New Mail window and an ASP.net application.

Please suggest. Also if you have any other way of making it work over TS,
please suggest.
