Localized resources from a class library

Hi,
As I understand the prefered way to lokalize in ASP.net 2.0, is using resex
files in App_GlobalResources and App_LocalDirectory, and .net generates
strongly typed wrappers.
What is the prefered way to read these files from a class library?
