Mailing Form to avoid spam

I will send a mail to the webmaster from a mailing Form.

*all* headers are filled with a literal(nothing from the form zones).
The form zones like from-mail-adress, name, subject, text, etc ...
will be send inside the "text" part of the mail.

With the above conditions .. i suppose that i don't need to write any
spam-check-removal routines ...
Am i true ?
