More posts in clc than in clc++ ?

I get the feeling there are more posts regularly in this newsgroup than
clc++. What I'm wondering is what the number of posts graphed over time
(the last 10-20) years) looks like. Surely someone with the numbers at hand
is interested in putting up that analysis somewhere (?).

I'm not able to provide any historical data but at any given day clc receives between 2 and 3 times as much new messages as clc++.

I was just curious. Someone else may want to know badly enough to do the
research. I think the other poster confirmed enough to me the current
"trend". The "why" part over time might be a starting point to a small
article in some trade periodical. Indeed, the artical could be titled
something provocative like "C vs. C++".

I told you where to find the data. Why don't you write the article?

It's a waste of my time. And there are more appropriate people to write such
a thing (not the least of which are those who get paid for it and need
material for a future article).
