.NET IDE crashes when trying to attach a process in an ASP.net

Hi All,

I am getting following error message and .NET is closing when trying to
attach
any process in my ASP.net application.

"Faulting application devenv.exe, version 7.10.3077.0, faulting module
rpcrt4.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00019cc8."

This is crashing the .NET IDE.

If some one is facing same problem..
please help.
