Newbie q - from developer to live

Okay, this is a really basic question, but I'm a newbie.

Im using MS Visual Web Developer 2005 Express
I've created a web site with a few pages that runs
from Developer.

Now, how do I make it go live? How do I make
it into a web application that runs independently,
which I can then upload to the host?

Please remove microsoft.public.inetserver.asp.general from your
crosspost. That is a classic ASP newgroup, not ASP.Net.
