Hello,
I made a big library of functions for C and C++ called OpenRTL. It is now in beta phase and still has a few rough edges but is mostly all there. I dont know how to let people know about it so I am just trying here. If it is the wrong type of topic then just ignore it thanks.

If you are working on text processing or anything to do with Unicode or Localization I think you will not be wasting your time to browse the documentation. A zip file of htm doc format is available at http://code.google.com/p/openrtl/downloads/detail?name=openrtl_doc_en-0_9.zip
