Outputcache for usercontrols

Hi.

I saw on the docs that the parameter Location for the outputcache cannot be
used on usercontrols. Usercontrols are cached by default on the server? If I
do not want an usercontrol to be cached I need to define an
outputcache=false in my control directive?
