parsing failed

i'd liek to parse asimple xml
i already have an xsl

in xml file the error occurs at
******
<?xml:stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="fname.xsl"?>
******

that ?xml:stylesheet is invalid unqualified name

I have installed xalan, xerces with env-paths included, any help is
appreciated.

Use xml-stylesheet instead. See
