Passing Chinese through Query String

Hi,

I'm developing a multilingual web site, where I have a search page
and let the user pass the query via the URL, e.g.
".../Search.aspx?t=testing", but now I face a problem when my user pass
unicode (Chinese) through the query string because it display some square /
weird character in my code behind page.

If user input: /Search.aspx?t=SomeChineseHere
Output: Response.Write(Request.QueryString("t")) => SomeSquare

The request and response Encoding in my Web.Config is "utf-8", please help!
