Problem creating webparts

hello,
i want to create custom webparts for an aspx page... ie i want to make
both the dll and the dwp files for the webpart.. could someone tell me
how i shall do that....
Also is there a way to import these dwp and dll files to a page
dynamically at run time and use it on the page??
