RegularExpressionValidator Question

If i want to validate an email address like (e-mail address removed) i can use:-
ValidationExpression="^[\w-]+@[\w-]+\.(com|net|org|edu|mil)$"
what about if i have an email like:-
(e-mail address removed)
or (e-mail address removed)
And where can i find full tutorials on how to manipulate this expressions!
