sceeen generator from xml file? (like cocoon?)

hi..

i wonder is there is a screen generator like cocoon which takes xml
file describing ui elements and turns them in a dynamic html form?

i'm also wondering if i can do this in winform as well (maybe a project
which uses both?)

the form will collect data and send it back.
