setting page set up settings programatically for internet explorer

Hi

I have a page on my intranet that requires the margins in IE to be set to
specific numbers. I know these numbers in advance.

However i do not know how to set these programatically when that page loads.

Basically i need a printer friendly page made, can anyone help me on how to
do this basic task.
