Shoutboxentry using a pop-up-window

Hello,
following problem:
I have a "Shoutbox" and a Button "Eintragen" beyond the last 5 entries. By
clicking on "Eintragen" a pop-up-window should open where the entry can be
done.
after sending the message i want, that the pop-up-window is closed
automatically and the mainpage where the shoutbox is automatically be
refreshed.
Do anybody know how to do so?

folgendes Problem:
Ich habe eine Shoutbox und einen Button "Eintragen" unter den 5 letzten
Einträgen. Wenn man nun auf "Eintragen" klickt soll sich ein POP-UP öffnen
in dem man dann etwas eintragen kann. Nachdem jetzt in dem POP-UP-Fenster
die Nachricht gesendet wurde möchte ich, dass sich das POP-UP-Fenster
automatisch schließt und sich die Hauptseite automatisch "refreshed".
Hat jmd. ne Ahnung ob das überhaupt möglich ist und wenn ja wie?
