Table store and view

Hi.
I'm building a document editor in J2EE thinked for the technical
documents archivieing.

Every paragraph is composed by variuous element like text block, list
of ite, image ecc.

My problem comes with the table element: i need a suggestion for store
and display of a table of object, where every cell can contain an
image or a text.
