All,
Version 1.0b of "The New C Standard: An economic and cultural
commentary" is now available for download (please don't post
this information elsewhere for a few weeks, the bandwidth is
not available).
Changes include:
o lots of hyperref links added,
o searching through page 782 no longer hangs (actually it is
just lots of cpu time being spent decoding and searching a figure
containing over 300,000 dots),
o lots of typos fixed (see
http://www.knosof.co.uk/cbook/changelog.txt for details).
