Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture

I have a Custom TextBox control with some code in the Set Accessor of the
Text property.
I drop this onto a web app.
The default culture of my web app is "en-US"
In the Page_Load of my web app, I change the current culture to "en-TT"
The AutoPostBack property of the custom textbox is true, so it posts back a
changed value to the server.
If I check the value of Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture, it shows
"en-US"
Does the form.submit() function post back the page to the server on a
different thread???
