tool for generating UML diagrams and project analysis

Hello,

I'd like to get a bit of advice on which tool (or tools) is better for
these tasks.

For detailed project docs I'm using Doxygen, but it does not show the
high level project structure, like connections between classes, and so
on.

What I'd like to have is a tool that generated high level project
structure
in a form of, say, UML diagrams.

What are popular tools to do this?
