I want to create a nice toolbar on my ASP.NET (V2) pages.
Ideally it should be just like the one used in Windows Live Mail. Can I
do this? If so what controls do I need to use? Pehaps I need to get
third party controls but would prefer not to.
Features it requires are image + text + optional drop down + tooltip
