I have one request I have searched in google for a tournament tree
implementation, but found nothing(really);(

Does anyone have any source for a tournament tree? I don't really care
what
language, but preferably C++.

Richard Heathfield has posted some useful stuff on scheduling tournaments on
Usenet. I suggest a google groups search.
