TTS - Text To Speech On J2me

Hi guys,
I need to develop an application with "Text To Speech" feature. I saw
J2me has defined a java.speech package but there's not Sun support
about it and if I understood well Sun gives you only the interface and
not the library for using the TTS. Where can i find the library? Can i
use J2me for my application?
I need to know what technology i have to use. If the J2me cannot help
me i think I'll have to develop the application for Symbian OS.

Can someone help me?
