I have a strange behaivour by the Pc
1. when I click any icon on the desk top it dose not open.
2.when tying to right click on the desktop half of the popup menu appears, and when click on the refresh it gives a strange message :
c:\Documentes and Settongs\Administrator\Desktop is not accessible
not enough quota is avaliable to process this command.
then every thing in the desktop diapears
3.when clicking on run it showes message:
shortcut(the title)
Windows cannot create a shortcut here
Do you want the shortcut to be placed on the desktop instead!

4.when clicking on my Document a message apears:
Your current security settings do not allow this action.
5. when tring to restart the machine the message:
you don't have enough premession.
what to do?????
