User functions

Hi,

This might be a simple question, but i'm quite new to DotNet.

In old ASP days, i could save all the commonly used functions in one asp
file (functions.asp), and could include functions.asp it in every page.

I would like to do something like the same. Maybe create a Class and save it
in APP_Code folder? Then create "public functions" in that? How do i make
those functions available across the website?
