what is best java tools and platform ?

hello,
i`m looking for best java tools or platforms to develop my project with
it in this following categories:

1) presentation layer
2) j2ee platform
3) object persistence
4) workflow

i want to know what best tools or platforms is to use for each category
and if anybody know a sites or articles that compare this platforms or
tools, please tell me.

I can suggeste Eclipse. I am sure wheather you will get all the above
features, but I will assure there are plenty of plugins support for the
Eclipse. So ultimately you will end up with availablility of those
features in Eclipse.
