win2003 websites and TFS

I had a windows 2003 server running a framework 2 website.

I've installed Team Foundation Server and now when I try to go to that website, I just get a 404 page not found error.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.. It looks like the installation has changed the application pool for my website to
TFSWSS, but that looks to be the only change.

I've uninstalled sharepoint and the website is working again now.. does anyone know why sharepoint is breaking normal websites ?

Ok, I've excluded my website in the sharepoint Define Managed Paths section, but now I get the following error..

"Session state is not available in this context."
