Windows Log in dialog pops up with IE7 and FireFox

I am developing ASP.NET 2.0 application. I have a problem that as soon as I
open my application from in new browser window I have Windows Log In dialog
popping up.

It appears twice in a row ( guess once for logo and once for other messages
I am not sure though).

I am using now IE7 Beta2 I had the same thing with FireFox but it never
appeared in IE 6 (that is why I ignored it in FireFox).
The web site is in virtual directory. I checked permissions and folders have
aspnet user with read and write permissions.

Any other suggestions?
