XML2Table update (Excel supported)

Xml2Table is a web application that takes any XML file from the Internet and
places its data in an interactive table grid, supporting paging and sorting.

A previous version tried to support local XML files, but it did not work
(probably because of permission reasons).

The current version adds a button that exports the data to Excel.
