Hello.
Can I add a pretty line separator on JTextArea ?

JTextArea t;
....
t.append("----------------/n");

// the above is just a simple string - it there any other way to add a
pretty line separator ?

Other than as you demonstrated, no.

JEditorPane (as opposed to the unstyled JTextArea) will
understand HTML though, so you might use an <hr>
element.

You can insert HTML. then you could use <hr>. I have never tried it
