Imagero Reader 1.791 released

Changes:

Added constants for full range of IPTC records and datasets;
Support for adding IPTC, App13 block(s) and ImageResourceBlocks to
images.
Long IRB streams (distributed over multiple App13 blocks) can also be
read/written.
Bug fixes (EXIF editing).

Imagero Reader is java library to read image files.
It supports many popular image formats:

BMP 1, 4, 8, 16, 24 and 32 bit uncompressed; 4 and 8 bit compressed

TIFF 1, 4, 8, 16, 32, 48 and 64 bit per pixel;
bilevel, grayscale, palette, RGB, CMYC, Cie Lab,
