Asynchronous Invocation Application Block

Has anyone used Asynchronous Invocation Application Block
in a web application ?

The samples are in Windows application. And the MSDN page
or help is close to be "useless"...

Is is because the async implementation on the web pages
will be all client side script based?

Anyone tried any sort of Response.Flush() trick on this ?
