i have a problem to solv
i have a very big bin file and i wanted to open it to a buffer
do some process
close the buffer and open the next bits in the bin file
each time i need to check 4 byte from the code in the buffer
0-12 bit have a number
13-22 anoter number
23-27 another number
28-31 another number
how do i do this buffer
how do read data in numbers from the temp buffer
it is all apart of Mex file that i process from matlab
so it need to be in c programming
the matlab corolation is good
