change the content of a div

HEllo ,
I need to be able to set all my input, checkbox and textareas values
that are in a div to null at one point. Does anybody have any idea of
how to do that ? I thought of using DOM but it seems that I can t use
DOM on my pc.. Or innerHTML ?
