Computer name could not be obtai

I received the error "Computer name could not be obtain" when i run a
winservice that uses a proxy to run some application. Sorry my
english..!

Exception Details: System.InvalidOperationException: Computer name
could not be obtained.

Somebody knows how to solve it??
