Custom Control

Hi All, I received a custom control from a 3rd party. Unfortunately this
control doesn't support ViewState, so now the problem is

Page_Load
{
if(!IsPostBack)
LoadControl();
}
doesn't seem to work.....if a post back event happens....how should I
intelligently load and unload this control?
If I remove PostBack there is a lot of problem
