I have a requirement to be able to configure the site menu system for
individual users rather than by user groups or roles. I have been thinking
about using a custom sql site map provider since there will be several
hundred menu items in the final release but haven't been able to figure out
how to 'fire' the reload of the sitemap after a user logs in.
