I may well be wrong, but I believe that when C99 was issued ISO and
associates stopped supplying copies of the C90 specification. I
would rather use the C99 issues that come from the ISO
organization, in one way or another, than an obvious copy with
obvious areas missing, which is all I know of for C89.
