Can I use this technique to increase my Karma on REDDIT or it is not allowed by the REDDIT TOS?

I see the video won`t show up. It`s about using a chat bot created in python you host it online and It auto-posts in a sub-reddit that has the role of people increasing each others karma. It posts there every 80 seconds 24/7. Is that allowed or will that get my IP banned?
