Message Expired - Resolution

There was a thread here a couple of days ago that pointed out that the
server and client system times must be in sync or you will get Message
Expired errors. The posting suggested fixed my problem too but here is the
rub:

What is the resolution say if the server is one timezone and client is a
couple of hours in the future/past? I cannot then sync the times, what would
be the best idea? I am using .NET 1.0 on server and client.

BTW, my VB6 backup solution does not have this problem.

I might have found an answer to my question - have a look at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d.../en-us/cpguide/html/cpconUsingSOAPHeaders.asp -
looks complicated but there is VB & C# code and it mentions Message Timeout.
I will try coding a solution soon.
