Hi, I am trying to figure out what is the HTML version mobile browsers
working with. I checked that PIE for Windows Mobile 2003 is only
support HTML 3.2. Ok, said I and downloded NetFront 3.1 browser with
HTML 4.0 support build in. However it look like even mobile borowser
with HTML 4.0 support dos't support all HTML spec. For example the
layout attribute dir which is defined in HTML 4.0 and HTML 4.0 for
Mobile is not supported by those browser.
Can someone explain which HTML version mobile browsers supports, and
why they call it HTML 4.0? Any information regarding web mobile
localization would be appritiated as well.
