Most Reliable Data Scraping Services

I hope this is ok to post here. I couldn't decide what was the appropriate sub, but I will probably use the data in my C# application, so here I am. My question is: What is a reliable service for data scraping? The issue is that I need to scrape data from election websites. I tried this last November with parseHub, BUT their service completely crashed on me, leaving my application a complete failure and my boss disappointed with me. parseHub offered me a discount for future subscription to compensate me for my grievances, but I don't think I will ever use them again. Anyway, does anybody know a reliable company? Thanks.
