.NET Clr Data performance counters

Hi.

I have one asp.net application running on my server. I am playing with the
..NET Clr DATA performance counters in order to control the connections
created by the application. When I select the counter "sqlclient: current #
connection pools", the instances listbox shows me several instances of the
same asp.net application, each one with a different number. What are these
numbers?
