Hello!
I have a simple MIDlet that fails and I want to see some output on the
console (Using System.out in the code).
The phone emulators in Suns WTK2.3 detach from the command prompt so I
will not see the output from the application.
I then just started KToolbar and selected "File->Create project from
JAR/JAD..." and selected the jad file. When I press the Run button I
get:
----
Running with storage root DefaultColorPhone
Running with locale: Danish_Denmark.1252
Uncaught exception java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError:
com/somecompany/mid/appl/MyCoolApp.
----
Why is that? The application is running perfectly on the target phone
and on normal Nokia emulators. The jar/jad files are correct (according
to my best knowledge).
Why can't the emulator find the classes in the JAR file when a project
is created this way?
Best regards,
