Besides, I had rather gone into a course for Chinese at the moment but there
were many people who wanted to do that so I am learning it myself..

OK, I am starting to see things more clearly now. You are learning a Chinese
version of HTML and CSS on your own. I wonder if this is wise?

I wouldn't use Scotch Bonnet or Birds Eye as then you wouldn't be able to
taste the other nice ingredients (bacon, etc). Something a little less hot
than those, but with a little more pep than jalapeno.

<aside> Somebody gave me a micro chilli bush. The fruit were about 14mm
long. That's when I discovered that the smaller the <gasp/> better </aside>

I've got a chilli bush on my windowsill. The fruit are about 30mm long
though.

Shouldn't we add some chopped coriander to garnish at the very end
though?

Nah -- that would ruin the Italian-ness of it. If you're going to garnish
with a chopped herb, perhaps parsley?

Aside: What did the Indians and Thais eat before 1492? (Nothing too spicy
for sure.) What did the Irish eat? (No potatoes.) What about the Italians?
(No tomatoes.) I have been curious about this for a while.

True. I guess I am so to used to building Thai and other asian dishes. Don't
actually cook Italian myself.

BTW Wife planted some real Italian parsley a few years ago (the broad leaf
variety, not that afro stuff). It is now at weed proportion in the gardern.
Sprouts everywhere. We can easily add a *bucket* of parsley to a recipe

(A few months ago I was in no state to call anyone. I was doing
my annual pub fight crawl. It is an Australian tradition. You go
into some pub or other and pick fights. The aim is to stir
things up and make like a wild west bar room brawl with everyone
against everyone. I can't tell how much fun it is.)
